BS in Industrial Engineering, MSc in Organizational Management with a Specialization in Marketing. 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, organizational management and training at the senior management level, especially in areas related to the real sector (food and non-food, industrial products and business services), distribution channels (food retail, home improvement retail and drugstore retail), mass consumption products (health and beauty, home improvement, leisure and information) and services (education, managerial consulting, market research). I worked as an Associate Professor at the CESA School of Business in Colombia, as a marketing department chairman for the undergraduate program; I am currently working as Marketing Department Chairman at Universidad Central and also supporting the enhancement of other business and marketing skills, through postgraduate courses at other business schools and executive training workshops.

I worked as an Associate Research Professor at the CESA School of Business in Colombia, I was responsible for the coordination, design, and implementation of the area’s programs and subjects, of some marketing graduation projects, of some evaluation of quality of the students’ preparation and for counseling the Dean in the teachers’ for the School.
Also for teaching on: Markets I, Basics of Marketing, Principles of Marketing, Market research, Marketing Strategies, Advertising between others.
My research interests and publications focus are on Sensory Marketing, Museum and Cultural Marketing, Client Retention in B2B, Emotional Salary and Employer Branding.
